Jeff Ermis, born in San Jose, California has lived most of his life in San Diego. His first summer job straight out of high school was pick-up man for a construction company working in Rancho Santa Fe.

Jeff obtained his California Contractor State License #B 577925 in 1989.

In 1989 Jeff was professionally trained by and went to work for one of the largest, franchised inspection company.

In 1992 Jeff started Excel Real Estate Inspections and has been a full time inspector since conducting over 6000 home inspection, a veteran by industry standards.

Joined CREIA, (California Real Estate Inspection Association) in 1998.

All inspectors are Member/Inspector in good standing with CREIA.

All inspectors are professionally trained at ITA, (Inspection Training Associates) with ongoing training/certifications.

Jeff holds additional certificates in Commercial Inspections, Pool/Spa Inspections, Fireplace/Chimney Inspections, Respiratory Protection, Healthy Home and Mold/Mildew Inspections, Mobile Home Inspections and Structure Inspections.
